Chief Marketing Officer
Neil Salt is Aurora’s Chief Marketing Officer, reporting to CEO Andrew Johnson.
Neil is responsible for the global creative direction and management of the Group’s branding and marketing strategies, leading a talented production team of creatives, marketers and technologists.
His track record of success spans the entire marketing and technology mix, having run revenue-generating campaigns across a full suite of print and digital mediums. Both a seasoned marketer and an early technology adopter, Neil’s passion lies in managing the collision of creativity and technology to create solutions for Aurora’s brands, products, user experiences and operational efficiencies.
As a founding director and board member, Neil was responsible for Aurora’s Marketing & IT where he led the design and development of the company’s product information management platform – an endeavor in which he oversaw integrations with existing ERP, website, packaging and catalogue production.
Prior to Aurora, Neil was the Communications Manager for Dixons Group, later founding an early-stage digital design firm and visual marketing production business. Across his career, Neil has gained extensive international experience including work and travel in the Far East, South Africa, Australia, Europe, UK and the United States, enhancing his ability to adapt to differences in culture, business and social environments.
Neil earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design & Technology from the University of Lincoln, UK. He is married with two children.
